Excellent service and completely satisfied with the work
Had a Porsche Cayenne broken into out in east LA (don’t park nice cars on the street there, people…even if only for a short time). Sucky situation all around but Safelite handled it with a personable touch, start to finish. After sub-par support from insurance and the local Porsche dealer, they were a breath of fresh air… like, you’d be surprised at how far a “damn, sorry that happened” goes when dealing with theft and violated property. Knowledgeable, kind, and professional staff. It was easy to set up an appointment on their website. I arranged for a mobile visit, but they informed me that I needed to bring my car to the shop because it was a bit more labor intensive. It was not a problem. I appreciated that they knew ahead of time. Overall, an A+ experience.
