Great customer service and prompt response
This place has no clue what they are doing. Customer service is trash at this location. I went with my text verification saying I had an appointment at 1:30 and they couldn't find me and then they said the girl in the front went to lunch and there was nothing they could do to look up my appointment until the girl in the front came back from lunch. They were so patient with the endless series of incorrect parts the dealers and suppliers kept shipping. It took a while - no fault of theirs - but they did a perfect job and were wonderful to deal with at every stage.
Recommend trying to fix a windshield with Safelight before replacing! They come to you and work with schedule…the tech was professional and accommodating to my needs!
