Professional courteous staff and quick timely repair
Bryant, my tech was very friendly and explained everything. It was an easy process to have my service done with Safelite. Definitely would recommend Safelite and Bryant.
ZERO STARS! The technician damaged the hood of the vehicle with scratches all the way through the paint. Even with photo evidence of what happened and a prompt call to Safelite, their customer care and the local store manager have not followed through on resolving the situation. The technician took photos of every area of the vehicle except the spot he damaged. So safelite says they don’t see it. My windshield was hit by a rock on I-64 on my way to school. Safelite had an appointment open that afternoon and had my windshield fixed up in about 20 minutes! Great service
