I waited 4 1/2 hours to get my car repaired. I paid for the repairs the manager gave me my key I got in my car. I drove down the street immediately noticed my rear view mirror was damaged. It was cracked on the top and it was all scratched up. I pulled over. I looked at the windshield to see what other damage might be done around it and I noticed it was a big opening between the windshield and the plastic cowl. It was not glued properly. Everyone was really kind and professional. The customer service was fantastic.
Can’t make there appointment time's and don’t communicate that there going to be late ahead of time.
