When my tech left my check engine light was on my car shut off he left my sos box disconnected from my windshield my automatic windshield wiper feature is no longer working and my auto land feature is now say inoperative. I now have to take time to go back and have my car serviced. I want a refund and my tip back
I had an excellent experience with Safelite. The glass repair man came to my house to do the work and he was friendly, professional and efficient. I received several notifications that he was on his way and he called personally when he was close.
My experience with the Waldorf Safelite location was extremely disappointing. I dropped off my Tesla on February 5th for a windshield replacement and calibration. At pickup, I was told calibration couldn’t be completed because a “cord” was left in an employee’s personal vehicle. I was assured they ordered a new one and would call me with updates—no one ever did. A week later, I returned in person and was told there was no ETA and no tracking information, which made no sense.
