Professsional and efficient
The gentleman that came out was respectful and courteous. Had full knowledge and ability of his job and did it efficiently. Easy to talk to and polite when asked questions. I have zero complaints on my end.
Do not trust Safelite to tell you the truth when you come in proactively with a small windshield chip. What was a chip so small it could only be sent from inside the car is not a large blob and two cracks that were created during the “repair”. If you think an experienced manager would tell you the realities of was likely going to happen to a chip if this size, you are wrong. I’m giving 5 stars because Preston, my service person was personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. He came out to the country to fix my SUV window. He gave adequate instruction on what I could and couldn’t do in the following 48 hours to help the glass set properly. Dealing with their central scheduling office is a no No. They didn’t have a clue about the local office demands. My appointment got bumped to the following week.
