We dropped off my wife’s car at Safelite on Saturday morning and were told it would be ready that afternoon, but no one ever called to let us know when it was done. Because we were moving that weekend and didn’t realize it was finished, we couldn’t pick up the car until Monday, which was really frustrating and inconvenient with the move. The service manager did offer to add Rain-X and new wiper blades as a goodwill gesture, which we appreciated, but better communication would have made a much bigger difference. I would highly recommend using Safelite for your glass repairs. After two recent repairs, I found that they worked efficiently with my insurance company and completed my repairs in a timely manner. I received excellent customer service. This last visit, Preston was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and concerns about my vehicle.
