Absolutely a nightmare of a place to get a window replaced. Do not use Safelite. Monday I came in for a appointment and after 45 mins they came out and told they ordered the wrong window and I had to reschedule. I came in early today and for my scheduled time at 3 for my window and recalibration, and nobody came out to get my key. At 3:30 I said Hey do you want the key?
