Hardly any effort to get a new windshield, made appointment online someone called to verify had new windshield installed the next day! You can make payments if needed ,and he was done in hour or so while I was at work. If I ever need another windshield or glass Safelite are my peeps!
In and out in 20 minutes. They took care of paperwork with insurance. Windshield looks great

Safelite smashed my wiper motor cable during a windshield install, disabling the wipers, and then a dismissive manager told me a squirrel did it and refused to fix it or even acknowledge that it could possibly be damage by the tech. Several mechanics have taken a look and reported that it does not seem like squirrel damage. Careless technicians, poor managerial training. This is how to lose customers.
