Safelite is super efficient at glass repair and scheduling through job completion is made to be easy with no surprises so you know exactly what to expect and when. Shout out to Austin who was the tech that did my repair. Great job and I’d use Safelite in the future.
Dennis was great! The whole process was efficient and smooth and went a lot quicker than I expected!
The only reason I'm giving them two stars instead of one is because Austin, the installer, was awesome. I would give him 5 stars. However, Safelight as a whole only deserves one. I was quoted a price for a package and then had to spend over an hour on the phone trying to pay that price instead of what was billed. I wasn't even arguing about taxes or the additional recycling fee (which should be included in the original price since it's mandatory). They were charging me roughly $30 more for the package itself.
