On 9/5/25, the windshield was installed properly by Safelite tech. However, he damaged the driver’s side rear-view mirror switch mechanism and left a dangerous razor sharp tool/knife in the car where someone could have been injured. This is what happened: When the tech arrived, he asked me to pull my car out of the carport parking spot and reposition the vehicle to face outward from the spot and not inward.
