RUN AWAY!!! The TWO employees that worked on my car were nice guys. The first appt had to be cancelled due to weather. We live in New England, I get that that happens. Not an issue there. But what follows is ludicrous! While calling that morning, I was put on hold for 10 minutes. In that time span, I heard 3 different electronic voices tell me how important I was to them. This is the worst Place I ever went to! I got a new windsield the very next day i noticed a little nick in the window so I brought it right back to them and the guy who was there was very rude! I told him nothing hit it and he just kept saying that something that it did and tried to make me feel like I was stupid. Then a week later noticed that my ezpass was missing and I called to see if they miss placed it and all he could say was well we put it in the car.
