The whole experience was easy. Highly recommend
Came in right at closing after I noticed a rock chip in my windshield. I was headed on vacation and didn’t want to look at a crack the whole time. They were very kind and stayed late to make sure I didn’t have any problems. Would highly recommend.
I got a truck a couple weeks ago and the windshield had a small crack. It had been like that for quite some time, but it couldn't wait to expand once it had a new home. Customer Service is poor. All communication is handled through automated responses. Can't even call the shop directly. I've shown up to appointments several times and they are not ready for me and didn't send me a message or try and reschedule until after I show up. When I try and call to confirm they actually are ready for me I have to wait in line for a call center to answer the phone. Very frustrating.
Seriously, do not go here! There install quality is terrible. Had my windshield crack, not because of anything hitting it, but because of how it was installed. Past the “warranty” period so they wouldn’t replace it. Went to Prime Auto Glass instead. Night and day difference from customer service to pricing. I will only go to Prime from now on.
