What excellent service! Emily did a fabulous job replacing the windshield, as well as swapping out the windshield wipers and applying rain repellent. Jessica at the front desk was also very nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend
They replaced my windshield in an hour and under $300.
Absolutely a joke to deal with very unprofessional staff, front desk Jessica and store manager Greg. I had a warranty for my windshield that they didn’t honor even after I called corporate. They said they were going to look into the phone calls to corporate since they are recorded. Greg said he’ll get back to me to confirm that their corporate said to me they would honor the warranty for my windshield. They said they’d call me back as soon as they get a response from corporate. They changed my windshield without informing me that they were not able to calibrate now I’m needing to tame another trip to dealership to calibrate. I will also need to call the insurance company to cover the calibration. They should have informed me before they took the job.
