My visit to this location was well worth the drive from Missouri City. The staff and technicians were prompt and professional. From the moment I walked into the establishment to when my work was completed I felt comfortable. The endless coffee available did the job for me. Thanks for an amazing experience.
I just had Zack from Roseburg (Eugene office) replace my 09 Toyota windshield on Dec. 30. He showed up early, was very fast and professional. He made it look easy (It's not). I was covered by Metlife (now Farmer's). My radio reception (built in windshield antenna) is much better. W.Haemmel YonCalla.
Thankfully my chips were covered by the insurance. They came out and did a great job at my location. The tech was very friendly.
Had a tiny chip, smaller than a dime, barely noticeable, they came to repair it and destroyed my windshield, they refuse to fix it, they break your windshield so you have to buy a new one, 40 years in business and now I know why, do not use them, it's a RIP off.

This company went above and beyond in the handling of my windshield! I highly recommend them. They handle the situation of my car being towed like professionals!
Technician came on time. Both his tools, vehicle, appearance were clean and professional. The work was accomplished within 2 hours. Technician provided clear instructions, printed receipt. Thank you for outstanding windshield replacement experience!
Worst customer service! Missed the appointment, then brought wrong windshield, then missed another appointment. over a month later they wont answer phones.
All problems were corrected and everything was made right with me. I do recommend them as they have shown a dedication to customer service.
