Beware - if you hire them to repair a small crack there is a good chance they will make it much worse, then tell you YOU have to pay for a replacement ($300-400) - even though they never warn you that could happen. Their manager (Keith) even said "We would go out of business if we replaced every failed windshield repair for free", he then confirmed it happens that often when I asked a follow up to that remark. Excellent and professional service. Was very cheap as a result of my insurance coverage (Allstate) and finished in 30 minutes
Safelite broke my windshield badly when repairing it and would not take responsibility for it. I had another glass garage certification and pictures of before and after repair but they just stood in front of the expanded and open crack saying that it was the way it should look after repair. I had to seek help somewhere else.
