They took cash back in July, handed me my keys, then sent my bill to collections. So now they’re going to charge my double because they can’t bother to record their registers. We came in for a small windshield crack and were nervous about potential damage and future options. Technician Shannon came out with a super friendly demeanor and helped us weigh our options. Ultimately, we decided to have her work on the crack, and they absolutely nailed it. They came around after it was over, smiling and thumbs up! Great person to work with, thanks for the help!
