It took over a month to get this windshield replaced because they kept cancelling on me. The first one was because of weather, which I will give them because they can't control the weather. The second time was because they didn't get the glass. Then the third time was because they didn't get the glass. I fail to understand why they still didn't have the glass when they should have had it ordered a month prior with all the times they cancelled my appointment. I recently had a windshield replaced by Safelite glass. I would definitely recommend them because of the convenience of them coming to your home. My technician was very professional and efficient. The process flows very easily in a short amount of time. Use Safelite. You can't go wrong.
Do not use Safelite to replace your windshield. If there’s even a little hint of silicone or rust they will take your windshield off and leave your vehicle with out one. Their company policies are non sense. They came to my house twice and denied the work both times even after i removed my own windshield and removed 99 percent of the silicone that was on the area they complained about the first time. Huge waste of my time and their time. They will not go any sort of extra mile to make the job happen. Very disappointed.
