First time I came here , service was decent . My second time being here , they didn’t replace the sticker that was on my previous windshield , thus getting my car towed . They said would be usually 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes so to be safe I should wait 2 hours, I dropped my car 11:55 for my 12:00 appointment and based on those calculations it should be done about 2pm I had a business meeting for a promotion at 4:30, they started my car at 3:08 they finished around 4:43, I called them around 2:30 pm to ask if they had any status updates they said a manager would call and never did… so very disappointed To know that soon as I picked my car my brand new window was scratched and because of t... read more
Safelite is a good company. Geico made it very easy to schedule appt with cracked glass windshield. Due to cameras I needed to go on for calibration.
Safelite installed my new windshield and everything went great and I just wanted to say that Safelite does GREAT work and I would definitely recommend them to a friend or someone else who is looking toget thier windshield fix!
Super easy and convenient. They came right to my home, grabbed the key and went to work.
