TLDR: NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE EVER. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. My first time at this safelite was great, had to go back to have my A-pillar molding glued down but other than that no issues. This second time has been a nightmare. I ordered new A-pillar moldings before my appointment as I knew the old ones would need to be chipped off because of the glue previously used. The technician was GREAT, he tried to use a less permanent glue so they could be removed if needed but one of them ended up coming off while driving and getting lost... read more
Dropped of car at 8am Told us it would be 3 hours car wasn't ready until 4:30pm unacceptable lie and forgot to take off our old ez pass and give it to us
I got a windshield glass crack from bottom to top from a pebles size ding it grew over time ignored it becuse i was clueless to the magnitude that little pebble caused. I never done glass repair but went online made an appointment and it was done quickly and professionally and that was like a year ago that situation happened, and still drive and the job done, still running strong, i can say from experience you need service this is a place where they can get the job done quick and right the first time ( prius 2011, owner)

Landrover’s read. My appointment got rescheduled two times because of a so-called cracked new windshield, but then the manager came out and said it’s because The delivery guy ripped the electric wires off the windshield, not knowing what they are therefore. Something doesn’t seem right you’re talking thousands and thousands of dollars being wasted on something that could be prevented by a sticker that says don’t rip off
