Prompt. Professional. Easy to deal with. And they came to me, so it didn't mess with my schedule in any way. I didn't have to deal with the insurance company once. Made an appointment for 7/2/2019 to have a windshield replaced on a 2019 Subaru Legacy. No insurance involved - I was paying out of pocket. Approximately 3 hours later I received a call telling me that the windshield was replaced but they couldn't get the recalibration to complete. When I asked for details I was told that it is not unusual to have problems with Subarus and OEM windshields. Ashley was very kind. She explained everything and was very quick and efficient. This is the 2nd time we had this tech for windshield damage and although we hope to never have to use satellite again if we do we hope Ashley is our tech!
