No one answered the phone, went in and the quote was double what I'd already received.
The overall experience was frustrating due to poor scheduling and communication. When I first booked, I was offered a next-day appointment if I could drop the car off in the morning and leave it all day. Since that wasn’t ideal, I opted for a scheduled drop-off at 12:30 PM a few days later so I could handle it during my lunch break. However, the day before the appointment, I was asked to bring the car in early anyway—defeating the purpose of scheduling a specific time and forcing me to adjust my workday. Horrible schedule management and communication regarding vehicle status and pick up time. Zero communication on progress or estimated pick up time during the day. Had to call them towards end of the day to find out status and was told vehicle would be ready by 5 pm. Sat through rush hour traffic to get there just before 5 pm, only to discover that our car had not even been started on yet.
