My technician (Sourideth) was outstanding!!! He showed up on time and immediately got to work. He replaced and recalibrated my front windshield back to factory specs and replaced my wipers. He was great, but there were problems with the overall transaction unrelated to this excellent tech who I would give (6) stars!!! Safelite has absolutely impenetrable AI customer service. Do Not take your Tesla to this location. The windshield was replaced perfectly, but after the windshield replacement I was no longer able to precondition the car or set the temperature in the car, took the car back, and they found that they did not reconnect the sensors. After still having issues I had to take the car back there a 3rd time, they were unable to resolve the issue with the car, I should have known better when the employees are telling people that they have "issues" with Tesla.
