I visited this Safelite location on October 15th to have my windshield inspected. The rock impact happened on October 2nd during a road trip. What started as a tiny chip gradually expanded over the following two weeks into a visible crack. When I explained this timeline to the technician, he repeatedly insisted the windshield had already been repaired before, pointing to a gray fractured area as supposed evidence of resin work. Discoverd Broken front passenger door window with hole in it and shattered glass. Safelite customer service was very helpful and able to get service scheduled along with updates and notifications throughout the process of working with my insurance company. The technician called ahead that he was on his way and was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Would highly Recommend to everyone !!!!
