Never again! We had our sons windshield replaced by Safelite Glass, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Just three days after the installation, the windshield cracked again due to poor-quality glass and what I believe was subpar installation. On top of that, the person I dealt with was rude and inconsiderate, adding to my frustration. It’s incredibly disappointing to spend money on a replacement, only for the same issue to happen so soon. The Safelite on Waukegan in Morton Grove provided a great service at much less cost than my dealership offered. Everything from the front of the house customer reps preliminary paperwork to the service tech's installation work was excellent, with an incredibly fast turnaround. Highly recommended!
