Great experience from start to finish. You get reminder calls and texts prior and they send a short video on what to expect and how to prep. Initially my windshield was supposed to be done at my home but it started raining just before my appointment. The tech still stopped by and checked my windshield to make sure it was safe to drive my car until my appointment was rescheduled. Wry happy with the work and the communication!
Not happy at all. Poor customer communication from the staff. I dropped off my 2020 VW Jetta for a front windshield replacement at 8:30 am. I was told that it's going to be done (100%) on the same day as long as I drop it off by 9:30 am. By 5 pm my car was still parked in the same place where I left it and no work was done. The technician stated that the key fob was out of battery and they couldn't move my car. This is my 3rd trip to fix a window. 1st time , drop off ,uber back home only to be given a new rear window with a large etched scratch down the middle. Pointed that out and was given appointment number 2 to fix this with another window. Maybe the tech missed it , not the end of the world , but still another day without a car and another uber. .
