The guy showed up at the end of the 4 hour window. But he was very nice and took care of my windshield pretty fast. I was very happy that my car insurance covered everything one hundred percent!!!!!
I had an amazing experience at the Safelite Berwyn location. Alicia and Raphael were accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. The service provided was quick and professional. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this location and consider them if needed in the future.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I paid for a brand new KIA windshield, but they installed a used or “before-sale” one instead. The quality was poor from the start, and now I already have another crack because of their bad installation. When I went back, they told me it’s not under warranty, which is completely unfair since it was their mistake.
