Safelite was very easy to book through their website. They were great about confirming the appointment and gave me a 2 hour window for arrival. The technician worked quickly and was finished in about 1.5 hours. The windshield replacement looked great and we were very happy with the services from Safelite.
Fast repair, easy communication!
All day drop-off process for a 30 min chip repair? Didn’t notify when finished so I had to call the store to check & got the runaround with an automated system, and then a remote call center. Would’ve taken 20 seconds of the front desk’s time. Forcible upsell of off-brand wipers. Whole thing was just brutal. Just so clearly a business run for maximum profit at the expense of customers.
