I was scheduled for between noon and 5:00. The installer (Alec) called at 12:00 and said he would arrive at 1:20. At EXACTLY 1:20 he arrived. He was dressed in uniform and was warm and friendly. I asked a few questions about the installation and about the windshield itself. He took the time to answer all my questions patiently and clearly. He told me the job would take about 2 hours. It was completed on schedule and calibrated. The entire experience: On a scale of 1-10? 15!! I could not be happier
My passenger window was replaced by Safelite in Feb, with glue instead of being screwed into the brackets. My mobile appt wasn't honored and I had to bring my car to the shop! The window broke easily weeks later, I was not in town. I called Safelite's customer service, was given a very very future date for a warranty appt. I went by in person to Safelite and talked with the tech on a Wed to expedite. I brought in the pictured glued brackets and he dismissed it as a standard practice. Clear and good service

Safelite replace, Safelite repair!!! My experience with Safelite was seamless. The tech, Fernando, exudes excellent customer service. He remained in constant communication with me providing expectations for service and arrival times. With the mobile service, he was on time and quick. I was shocked. I'm extremely pleased with the entire process and would definitely recommend he and Safelite to others.
