Absolutely unacceptable. This is the SECOND time I've had to deal with this shop's incompetence — my first appointment last week got cancelled because delay in delivery of glass so I had to waste more of my time booking a second one. I dropped my car off today and came back after 5 HOURS, only to go back and be told they hadn't even touched my car — and nobody could give me a straight answer on when they would. What is the point of an appointment if you're not going to honor it?! My time is valuable and this place treated it... read more
