Pros; Drew did a great job replacing my windshield. It was quick and efficient. It was done through my insurance and I did not pay extra. Con; My rear view mirror was not the one I had in my car. This replacement looked used and old.
The absolute worst. Had an appointment 8-12. Made 3 phone calls from 1230-230 inquiring on status. Told each time tech or office couldn't be reached or they were on the way. At 230...when I had an 8-12 appointment...they said they couldn't come because glass came damaged. They easily could have called earlier to tell me. Or responded to any of 3 phone calls. Do yourself a favor and seek repair elsewhere. This office has zero regard for customer service.

My experience with Safelite was extremely disappointing. What should have been a straightforward windshield replacement turned into a week-long ordeal with multiple unnecessary trips and poor communication. The initial installation used a non-OEM windshield, and I was told the vehicle could not be calibrated because of the glass. I was informed that an OEM windshield had been ordered and was asked to return the following week for it to be installed.
