Had a chip in the windshield. Scheduled to have the chip repaired on a Saturday window was 8-12am. I was told I would get a message with the installers image and name never got it. Also supposed to get a call 30 min before arrival that didn't happen. They never called me to let me know the installer was running behind i called 15 min past 12am and while i was on the phone the installer was just pulling up.
