Great service, great staff, job well done. Huge, clean, open lobby. Was able to work while I waited. Will go there again, inevitably since we drive in Arizona.
I scheduled an appoint to have somebody come out to replace my windshield, they guy came out, got the job done,I asked him about the tint strip, he said he would put in the order and somebody would contact me. When I was getting in my truck I noticed my windshield was off center, I went to Safelite to have somebody look at it and to check on the tint strip order that nobody called me on. Rip off! An inferior replacement glass was put in my Tesla. When I stated there was little tint, I was told replacement glass doesn’t have tint. When I asked for a Tesla brand windshield (like the one that originally came with the car.), my insurance agreed to provide it. The Tesla windshield was quoted less than the inferior one that was first put in!!! What is Safelite using in your car and what quality are you getting?!?!? Rip off!!
