Excellent quick service, most happy with how clean my car was inside, very impressed!
Took my car in on Feb 28 2014 and Safe lite on Post in Spokane and did a fabulous job. Then they went above and beyond the job, and washed all my windows inside and out. THEN they vacuumed my super filthy car and made it look like it came from the detailer. And they did it for a super reasonable cost. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible....do not do business with, there are several local companies around here that do better work for less and actually care about customers!! Spokane's safelite team lies, doesn't care, does shady work, and does not stand by their mistakes! Run, do not walk, they do not care about customer service, you will be sorry if you use them!!
Best prices around. Did full installation, including tax, for about the same price as the used glass on ebay
worst customer service – The passenger side of my van was broken out. I made the appt to fix the window with Safelite and I asked if a rockchip could be repaired at the same time. They of course said YES…. When the man came to fix the window he said “well I wish they would have told me you had a chip, I don’t have the repair kit to fix that” So I said just fix the window and I’ll worry about the rest later…. Took responsibility for mistake- Highly Recommended! – I took my jeep in to have a window panel replaced. Upon coming back, they told me that they had locked my keys inside the car itself. I had no copies of it. I also had a cracked in my windshield, so they told me they would replace the windshield for free! I came back the next day to a new windshield and simply paid for the window panel. This is what I like to see in a business- accountability and treating the customer exceptionally well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
