I had Safelite replace my windshield, and during that process, the technician damaged my VIN sticker. This review is about how the store managers handled the warranty repair, not the original technician. Once the replacement VIN was ordered, I was told I would get a call when it arrived. After two weeks with no update, I called and found out they hadn’t tracked the shipment.
