Man let me tell you guys, I scheduled an appointment for a 2006 car on a saturday. Even did it online, can you believe they had they window, scheduled me for the monday two days later, called before they arrived, showed up on time and did an excellent job installing a new windshield. These guys even did it in the cover of my garage after it started raining. Personally I will never use another company for any kind of auto glass replacement, Safelite yall are amazing, thank you!
Waited way too long for service. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00 and got here at 1:30 and the lady said it will be 30-45 minutes. It wasn’t until 2:20 when they pulled it back to the shop and then I waited until 3:13 until my car was done. And all it was was a chip in the window that needed to be fixed…also the lady at the front desk had been missing for like 30 minutes. A guy walked in while I was waiting and she wasn’t there to help him.
This place is a joke. They send more than enough emails and text messages to get you prepared for your appointment. The day/time they are to come and do the repair - they call 10 minutes before to say they will not be coming because the appointment was scheduled incorrectly and the tech just reviewed the work order. Why was this not done ahead of time when the techs schedule/route was being assigned? I will never use their service again. Waste of a day
So this review is really hard for me.To put on here the initial repair went very well. The technician that did my initial repair was very excellent.The repair went very well.Unfortunately.The man had to use a windshield wiper Remover to pull one of my windshield wipers, and in doing so messed up one of my windshield wiper, motor, that's kind of where everything went wrong.And doing so, it took about three weeks for my windshield wiper motor to get replaced, and I felt like I had to chase people down to get everything replace... read more
