This place did terrible work, the first technician came out and did not complete the job and just left, the second technician came out and “completed the job” i use completed loosely, as he broke the molding around my window, and tried to do the job without it and just glued the window directly to the car, and left me with a job that it looks like a child did, and then said “yeah just file a warranty claim” filing the warranty claim was not easy, and now 3 weeks later I’m still in the same predicament! Israel was quick, efficient, and nice. Israel called before he came and when I told him my spouse was asleep due to night shift he remembered to call me when he was finished versus knocking on the door, which I really appreciate. He also didn’t mind that my little boy watched him do some of his work. Very nice and kind Safelite made it extremely easy to book and rebook when I needed to change locations. We will definitely use Safelite again for any other windshield needs!
