Very professional staff even when I had to reschedule service for another day. The technician was very professional and friendly. I would say A+ . Answered all my questions and my window looks wonderful. Hopefully no more flying rock☺️
I had a windshield put in a few years back. It cracked due to stress from installation. They refused to fix it even though it was supposedly covered. Sadly, after a few years I needed another so I thought, maybe they are better. Huge mistake! I had a windshield put in my car and that seemed to go okay. Two days later, I had another put on my truck. The very next day I came outside to see that my truck had 4 big spots where paint was missing above the windshield. Personal car, great. Work truck terrible. The lady at the front was basically useless and gave no assistance getting the work truck windshield replaced. I had to call the 800 number, they were infinitely more helpful, and still went to this store. She was more helpful when the task is much easier, you know, when someone else does it for her.
Look like factory booked appointment got done real fast picked up same day
