Went in initially to fix a small chip in windshield, quite high for a small chip around $220. As they put it in machine to fix they caused huge crack. Now cost skyrockets for full windshield replacement of $1700. Also you enter insurance info online only to be told later they don’t work with that insurance and it is up to you to file directly. Should have took my chances on a $15 crack repair kit first.
Took 2 appointments to get my windshield replaced. Tried to buff a scratch out on the 1st appointment. $1200 dollar windshield should be correct first time out. Then wait another week. And once the windshield was completed l. There’s a roof trim that the technician broke on the first service. Now the trim is popping up and it’s impossible to get them on the phone to warranty it out. Do better safelite.! Photos to be added shortly
There were no cars inside the repair facility there was a repair person standing inside no doing anything, I went in to the office area and ask about repair of a chip and the receptionist kind of snarky said can't get you in until Monday or Tuesday, I walked out and googled closest auto glass repair open on Saturday I got the name of insight auto glass just south of Arapahoe Rd on Jordan I walked in and Serenity meet me, I explained that my windshield had been cracked in the incredible bad storm on Thursday, Serenity looked ... read more
If you call the local number, you get the call center where they can be as rude to you as they want. They do NOT listen to you, and they will want over $1000 for a windshield. I will never give this company any of my hard-earned money.
