Fantastic! Had a rock kick up that morning from a semi and starfished my windshield Safelite got me in the same day out within 30 minutes. Kind and professional. Will be back when needed
I have used Safelite several times for repairs and replacement. They have always performed in an excellent manner and have great customer service skills.
They fixed my windshield friday, took it to the carwash on Tuesday my windshield now leaks. They completely screwed the job up, and the automatic voice machine from hell won't give me a person to help. Absolutely unacceptable.
It's was okay. Technician didn't let me know when he was done and just left. I thought that was pretty unprofessional.
