I liked the focus on the job and customer from start to finish !
The service was friendly and efficient, and the waiting area was plain but clean and quiet enough for me to work remotely. I had a chip in my windshield, and they submitted the claim to my insurance for me, making the process very easy!
Super easy and quick experience. Very nice staff!
Each person delivered professional service. Each person contributed to complete customer satisfaction.
Mike at the counter was great, acknowledging me when I arrived, even though he was finishing up with another customer. Even with a late afternoon appointment, I was able to have to work done at the time scheduled. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. The large chip they repaired is almost invisible following the repair, which I was not expecting. So, overall great service, high quality work, and easy to schedule and work with. I'll be back the next time I need an auto glass repair or replacement.
