Safelite did an outstanding job on the chip we had in our windshield. We scheduled the service online, and the scheduling process was simple and easy. Their communication throughout the entire repair process was excellent. They came to our home to make the repair which was a big plus. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my chip just fine. The price for one tiny lil chip was SHOCKING! The lady on the ph, who made my appointment was clearly having a bad day! Her responses were short & snippy. I believe there is a central call center. The lady at the counter was delightful! My tech was cool
