Great job service on my Tesla windshield replacement during sub freezing temperatures. # shout out to Norwood Service Team .
First Safelite came to my home to change my cracked windshield. They did not seal it properly and the new windshield began leaking within a matter of days. To fix that issue, they had me bring my car to their Norwood location to fix my windshield a second time. It no longer leaks, but now my driver’s side windshield wiper does not function properly—not what you want in severe winter weather. Apparently it will take a third attempt for Safelite to hopefully restore my windshield and wipers to their proper function. I do not r... read more

The shop kept me updated every day about when/where,etc. My tech, Kevin was awesome, he did a really great job and was super nice
