The technician was friendly in a professional way, to the point of taking his time to explain the entire process.
Reuben at the Norwood location was excellent! I needed my windshield replaced under warranty due to a stress crack that happened the week prior from replacement at a different Safelight location. Reuben not only serviced my car on a Sunday when the shop is normally closed, but he did a fantastic job and the windshield was so clean after! He even noticed that my EZ-pass transponder was missing the 3M velcro tape which had not been replaced at the previous location.
