I do not recommend Safe Life in Norwood. I dropped off my car at 9:00 AM and came back around 4:00 PM to pick it up, only to find out that they had not even started working on it. They never called me or gave me any update to let me know there was a delay or that they didn’t know when they would be able to work on my car. When I arrived, I was told they probably wouldn’t get to it until the following day. If I had known that, I would not have left my car there in the first place. Avoid this place at all costs. They book out a full week, and give you a 5 hour window on when they'll arrive. They do not show up. If you call, they'll tell you that you're next, with full knowledge that they do no plan on arriving. 30 minutes after the 5 hour window is over, they reschedule your appointment for another full week later (by email).
