A perfect experience!
Beware. I dropped my car off here for a 9:30 windshield replacement appointment at 7:30 in the morning. The guy told me it would be done prior to 1pm. My car wasn’t even touched until 3:30 in the afternoon. I went around 4:30 (they close at 5) to pick the car up. It wasn’t ready. I waited until 5:30 for them to be finished. Terrible experience with Safelite AutoGlass. They scheduled my appointment three different times, and each time they canceled the day before for a different reason. After that, they told me they would contact me once my windshield was available, but I never received a call or any follow-up. This was a complete waste of my time. Poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and a lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
