I love this place. Little deceiving driving in because you don't drive into the garage like at a dealership. The techs are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I have a Subaru with Eyesight which means I couldn't have them just come to my location due to calibration being needed. Despite it being a pain, the techs were cool with it. They did a great job with the stickers I could not get off as well. Prepaying was easy to do on the website. My windshield looks great!
Like other reviewers, I am currently on my 3rd attempt to schedule windshield replacement. First time I was about three blocks away for an 8 am appointment and got a call that the replacement glass was scratched. Got rescheduled to a week later. Just found out that the glass won’t be in by then. Rather than calling me to find a time that works, their bot automatically scheduled me for a time I won’t be around. This company attempted to charge me for a service that was never completed. I scheduled a mobile windshield replacement in January, but it was canceled due to weather and never rescheduled. Two days ago, I received a $400 bill threatening collections. After hours on the phone, the company finally admitted the “proof of completion” photos were actually taken inside their shop—of a different car (I own a ford escape). I stopped by Safelite in Newton to get some help with an auto glass issue. Anthony came out to help me and he had such a "can-do" attitude that it made my day. He was professional, efficient and so awesome to deal with! I am so grateful for people with a work ethic and great attitude like Anthony when I need services performed!
10/10 I was in and out. Easy process only took an hour or so for a windshield replacement. Friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommended.
