Got a call 30 MINUTES before my 8am appointment saying that they wouldn’t have the glass until a week later. It 1000% was known the day before and could have saved me an hour drive to Safelite. If so I wouldn’t have had to take the day off work to not have the appointment. Would not recommend going here.
I didn't have any problems with this place. It was easy to book and I was in and out in two hours. They have a waiting area with good Wi-Fi where you can work.
Very easy and convenient, the shop is in walking distance from my residence. The front desk lady is super nice. Recommended by insurance company actually turned out good, initially a little worried after reading those online reviews.
