I have been trying to get my windshield replaced since January. I have scheduled with SAFELITE over 6 times and each morning the installation is supposed to happen, they call and tell me the glass was broken, never delivered, or the wrong glass was received. It has been almost 4 months and they have not even touched my car yet because they have not received the glass. So so much incompetence.
