I had a great experience using the Safelite place In Great Neck NY… they were so nice, explained everything to me, accommodating, and did a great job..
Big difference between service in NJ versus NY. NJ- exactly on time and super efficient. NY - 7 hours late, no phone call and then when here, taking 2+ hours to replace glass cause he’s on his phone texting every 2 minutes. No wonder he was 7 hours late.
Took 3 appointments to get windshield fixed. Waited over 12 hours total amd 3 appointments to get windshield repaired. Finally front office got involved and it was done.
