Service was easy and seamless. My insurance handled everything. Staff was incredibly helpful and transparent about time frames and services. My windshield that was replaced looked great. 0 issues. Would highly recommend.
An emergency brought me to the Great Neck location of Safelight: my car failed inspection (near the end of the month of expiration) because of what I had thought was just a long scratch on the front windshield, but was actually a crack requiring full windshield replacement. The whole thing was seamless. My insurance company only used Safelite, so directly connected me to their main call center. The person was helpful in finding the location I preferred. The staff at the location were polite and professional. They gave me all the information I needed about the replacement and sent me text message to keep me up to date on the process. I would highly recommend them.
