Excellent customer service. They were friendly and easy to work with.
Our experience with safe lite was as good one. Did the online appointment and that went very quickly. Young man came out to install the windshield and found that it was scratched so instead of installing it and letting me find out later it was scratched he pointed it out and we did not install. He reordered the windshield and made a new appointment for the following week. We live in a rural setting but it was no problem for them to do the service.
