Brought my vehicle in for a chip repair came out with a 6inch crack. The technician even said the crack was NOT there when he brought the vehicle in. I say “so I come in for a repair and come out needing a replacement?” The technician said he’s not sure how it happened, he’s never seen anything like it. He said he’s not sure if it was from him washing it or what. Manager said it could be from heat, cold and stress.
