From the insurance company who scheduled my appointment of the repair for a cracked windshield, to the service technician, it was seamless. I had no worries. The service technician had text me the day before and the day of as a reminder that he was coming. He arrived on time and gave me a completion time which allowed me to schedule my day. Damian, the technician was kind and professional. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Great job Safelite!

I was very happy with the service that was provided by Safelite glass replacement company. I received detail updates on arrival time and then status of progress being done with the replacement of the windshield on my vehicle. Plus when they were done with replacing the windshield.
