Please use extreme caution when considering to service your vehicle here. I took my 2017 Ford Escape to have a repair from a cracked windshield. I had to take my car in on two separate occasions. The first, they were unable to put in the new glass because the camera was not aligned properly. I appreciated this at the time because I did not want something faulty installed. i brought my vehicle to safelite a month ago and twice this week it has rained hard and now has damaged my interior from a leak in the windshield that was repaired last month. I have called so many times and no luck getting to speak to anyone. I had to call my insurance to call them and make an appointment. I am dissatisfied with their service I have to wait all week for an appointment on friday meanwhile the interior of my vehicle is getting damaged in the meantime.
