Adrian and Richard representing Safelite in Sierra Vista Arizona are truly two of the best service technicians I have met in a very long time. Their customer service and attention to detail are beyond reproach. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 11++. I did have to wait a minute or so from them to finish my windshield replacement, BUT it was well worth the wait. Kudos to them and the management team that hired them.
Safelite service is second to noe. Technician was very professional and complete the job like a expect. I recommend Safelite to anyone.
Their sign says lifetime nationwide replacement guarantee Because we know things happen DON’T BELIEVE IT look at the fine print they say it is only for 30 days it’s limited They put in a windshield that whistles at 75 mph DO YOU TEST THEM BEFORE YOU FINISH might try that Oh no we can’t do anything for you they say What a rip off they do poor installation and don’t back up the work See reply we DID NOTIFY YOU WITHIN 30 of noticing the leak as it does not whistle around town YOUR POLICY STINKS
