The office employee was useless and rude. He wouldn't even get up out of his chair to find out what the status of my car was. Very poor or no effort to provide updates.
If you are fortunate to get Henry as your Safelite technician, you shouldn’t have any problems. Henry has been with Safelite for about 5 years and his professional attention to detail is excellent. He will make every effort to get the job done on time. I know because he finished mine early. He does QUALITY WORK and will answer any questions the customer has.
