Recently had windshield replaced - were told to have car there no later than 9:30 am and it was a 3 hour job. Didn’t hear a word from them all day so at 3:30pm called and of course you can’t call store directly - your call gets routed to some call center in Colorado. The guy told me my appt wasn’t until 4 pm so car wouldn’t be done until at least 5. ( what happened to it being a 3 hr job?) needless to say I was livid. Left my car there all day for no reason. Windshield wiper arms were not installed back correctly and would hit each other when activated and make a loud sound so would appear technician did not verify everything worked when finished. Service was Friday afternoon and did not notice till Saturday morning so left a voicemail with after hours number and since they were closed over weekend did not expect a call back till Tuesday (also Labor Day weekend).
