The glass work was good, but the scheduling, communication, and pickup experience were extremely frustrating. I originally scheduled an appointment about a month ago, only to have it canceled without my knowledge. It may have been because of rain, which would have been understandable, but I was never notified. I have used this place 3 times now. I have had substandard service each time. But this last time now they have damaged or at minimum not correctly calibrated the viewing system in my car that runs adaptive cruise snd assisted stopping. Not only did they mess that up but when we brought it back to them to fix they told us yea that probably happened because of changing the windshield but we(safelite) aren't going to fix it and sent us away.
