First I had a very small "chip" on my windshield went to get it filled. They said it was on the inside of the windshield weird and they need to crack it be able to fill it. They did give me a disclaimer that the crack could spread and become unrepairable, I did accept. It did spread all the way across and up and down the windshield. I was a shocked it happened but accepted that risk. Had them later come to my home to replace the full windshield. Paid $700+. They come and leave without speaking to us. Tell us there is an error code on the car. We get the car checked at the dealer- no code. We ask to reschedule. No response. Have to call multiple times before anyone answers and says the appointment has been canceled and we have to reschedule (and pay again) in order to get it done. No confirmation sent on the refund.

I've been waiting on an appointment "between 8 and noon" and it's currently 1145 and I've heard nothing from anyone. I missed work for this... thank you for costing me a days pay and eating my time. I will never refer anyone to this company.
