I give high marks for service to both American Family Insurance and the Manhattan Safelite Autoglass folks. We caught a rock in the windshield on one of our recent road trips and ended up with a chip in the glass. Reported it to American Family late Thursday. Safelite showed up at our house right on time on Friday, and had it fixed in 15 minutes. Riley Friday, December 1st when their windshield was shattered by some big bird.
