Safelite was the place to go to he’s my windshield replaced after it got hit by a rock and cracked.
My experience with Safelite was excellent. They Said That Safelite technician would Be at my house between 12 and five the technician showed up at 2:20 and by 3:20 my windshield was changed. He did say that He would’ve had it done sooner if the Old windshield would’ve came out Without an issue.
Horrible Monticello sent the tech to my house without the proper tools to take out the windshield left and said he was going to come back with tools never did waited two days. Tech doesn’t know what he is doing. Waited two days now it’s Saturday last two days of work
Incompetent lazy people whome tried to make us settle with a more expensive window when we couldn't afford it at the time and already paid for a windshield that was on the car to begin with and they\nTried selling us on a more expensive windshield.Then the night before saying that i never placed order for that particular winshield.I ordered their expensive one smh which i did not. I corrected the manager' steve on the windshield of witch the car has , however he still tried to sell us on the more expensive window and wipers ... read more
