My tech was amazing! Even vacuumed my car and expedited the job so it was done early - highly recommend.
Each and every time I have been stupid enough to use Safelite because it was the path of least resistance, they have gotten it WRONG. This always results in more work, not less. Do NOT use this company even if your insurance company pushes it on you by offering to set it up for you. You will regret it.
Safelite customer service on the phone is awful. Called three times and was hung up on after the person was "calling the shop to figure out an ETA". I guess they are just lazy? (thanks for the response to this, I still have no idea, after a week of waiting, when the right glass might be available, but it helps)

Freeway driving abused my poor car. I explored options to repair the chip on my windshield and Safelite was among many local businesses that I could choose from. I received a quote online and booked an appointment a few days later. The entire repair process was efficient and thorough. Luis was amazing and so knowledgeable. I highly recommend using Safelite, I had a very positive experience.
