Great service by George. On time, clean, and efficient.
Christian replaced my window, he was extremely helpful and communicated my service well. The entire team was very professional for the drop off and pickup of my vehicle.
On July 24, I went to Safelite to fix my windshield that had a three < 3/8" spider cracks that starred out. I noticed when I got into the car that one of the cracks was still there. Juan said that sometimes the product doesn't always fill in? I asked him to look at what I saw inside, but he just repeated his answer. Everyone was very nice, including the tech who installed the new windshield. However, I was there waiting all day because the tech cracked the new windshield and had to travel to get another one. This would have been fine except that: 1) the recalibration was not done properly so the camera doesn’t work, 2) my steering wheel was left in the wrong position, 3) the control to move my seat forward and back was on the floorboard and now it won’t work either, and 4) upon further inspection, the edge of the windshield is chipped. ... read more
They broke my entire cowl and told me it was damaged. They were extremely rude and aggressive. I suggested they show their customers how their car is before starting, and they told me they always do. I told them it's not true because they didn't do it to me. The manager is very aggressive, and she was nervous because she didn't know how to maintain her lie. I had to pay $700 to replace that part. I do not recommend this company. They are neither professional nor polite.
