Quick & easy to schedule a windshield replacement that was done in an hour. Friendly, competent staff and high quality work.
I run a fleet of vans . Safelite is my go to company for broken windshields.
Used these guys 2x. First time they were late, did not call to say they were going to be late. Had to call multiple times to get an answer on when. Finally they showed up. That experience was extremely frustrating. Year later decided to give them a 2nd chance. Same thing, called 2x and both times was told they would have dispatch call back. 8 hrs of waiting and not even a courtesy call. Called back a 3rd time and just asked for a refund. Terrible service. Will never use again.
