Excellent Customer Service and work
Horrible experience they never called me back or and couldn't find my info I left with customer service. I had to chase them for answers. Called and the AI was horrible couldn't get through to a real person. They denied helping me and told me they couldn't help me and to call another glass place because I just needed a remove and reseal of my current tailgate glass since it was already loose and I wasn't buying a whole new window! From start to finish I had a very positive experience with Safelite. I did the appointment on line and chose to compare insurance versus cash and it automatically billed me the cheaper price thru insurance. The technician arrived at a decent hour and estimated work time was between an hour to 2 hours . Maybe 40 minutes and I had a new windshield . Again like I recommended on the survey thru Safelite and this review . My technician deserves a bonus . Best customer service in any type of auto service .
Showed up on time and very quickly performed the task of replacing the windshield. Technician was very professional and communicative. I would recommend the convenient service. Replaced it in my driveway on a Saturday morning.
