Easy to make appt. Very quick service.
The gentleman that came out to my house was very rude. Never spoke to me or came to the door. Called my husband on the phone. Was rude to him. When I approached his van to talk to him he waved me off and drove away with no explanation as to why he was leaving.
I had the absolute worst experience with Safelite when replacing my windshield. On February 28, I had my windshield replaced through them since it was partially covered by my insurance. At first, everything seemed fine, but less than two weeks later, on February 12, I noticed a long crack spreading across the glass while driving—without hearing any impact whatsoever.
