Steve the Safelite tech was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job. From booking of the appointment to the install, the experience was very good.
Set up an appointment for windshield replacement. Satellite rescheduled my appointment for 2wks later, and on the day of service told me that they couldn't do the work outside there shop. I would have to come into there shop in another location. No communication and horrible customer service. Seek alternative before scheduling with this company!
Scheduling online was super easy, even though my repair wasn't covered by my insurance deductible it was still affordable for the most part. Dimitri was my technician for a mobile repair. He was super nice, efficient and detailed with his work. He was also kind to inform me that the windshield that cracked wasn't the OEM it was another aftermarket which was nice to know since I had just got this car used before it cracked.
