Simon did an excellent job of replacing my wind shield. I would recommend him highly.
Went here to have my windshield replaced and the technician inaccurately put my wiper blades back on the wrong way. This caused them to malfunction and snap off during a rain storm which almost caused me to get into an accident. I had to pay $350 at Mercedes for them to fix it and filed a claim with Safelites warranty department for them to cover the bill for their mistake. They denied warranty coverage. Stay away from this location the technicians aren't good.
