Very poor. Took a day off and went to Safelite at confirmed appointment day/time, but they didn't have the windshield! Various conflicting stories from the inept manager, Jason, and from central Customer Service. But no help and no concern for my problem. Bottom Line: Wasted a day and didn't get my windshield replaced. Do not use such a disorganized place!
