Can I Ieave a NO star?! I made my appointment that was a 5 hour window to replace my windshield at my home for a technician named Dajaun. After 4 hours I called the Safelite number to get a status only to be put thru AI HELL that won’t allow you to talk with a human. Eventually with some digging I found an online invoice with the shops address and phone number. Guess what? More AI BS. But eventually I found a prompt that connected me to the local office.
