This company was awesome. Daryl the “master of glass” was kind and very skilled. I’ll personally request him should I get another crack in my windshield.
Extremely disappointed with the mobile service experience. I scheduled a mobile repair at my home with a 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM window and waited five hours this Saturday morning, only for no one to show up and no one to call. When I called to follow up, customer service told me that while they had called to confirm the appointment previously, the shop never actually assigned a technician.
