Not the happy friendly place they portray on the commercials. Had an appointment and had some questions about how long it takes, and about new wiper blades. No one there will answer the phone, just play a bunch of recordings, don't put you through to a real person. I stopped in the Ft. Myers office, guy said "you can't just stop in here and get a windshield replaced" I said I have an appointment; no one will answer the phone to answer questions! So rude I didn't show up for my appointment, I'll be going somewhere else.

I am not usually a person to post things like this on my page but I am so disgusted on the treatment and unprofessionalism here at safelite auto glass 2001 Rt 70 WCherry Hill, NJ 08002 How you can be a Store Manager of your business and do not know who is doing what or doing the order for parts! I am very understanding person and know that things happen I get it. But why lie to your customers saying that the part got there broken, when actually the parts was never delivered in the first place. Then what makes it worse hav... read more

This company don't care about the clients !!! ; I have been waiting for 7 months for my windshield installation , and this company make me fake appointments , and the cancel , and the excuse is that the windshield glass has not arrive so far, because the order is delay always !!, and already 7 months waiting !!!! Now we have an appointment for tomorrow at 12:00 and I received one email about the appointment , because they are not sure , they are going to have the glass for installation tomorrow !!! Worst experience I've ever had with any company. First appointment was 7/28. 6 hours into the appointment, I get a call that the windshield has been replaced but the calibration "didn't go through", so they have to order new, more expensive glass that they expected me to pay for while asking me to drive the car - now with none of the safety features connected to the car's camera system. Disgusted by my experience here. My first appointment had been made on 7/27/23. I showed up on time with the appointment on my phone. I took off of work for this and expected it to be done. When I got there they stated that it was an "error in their system" and they did not see an appointment on their end. Customer service at Safelight, Union City sucks! Bad customer service!! The lady at the front desk with brownish hair is not helpful, standoffish, rude! She obviously hates her job, so why is she there. I heard nothing but complaints about this person! Also DO NOT select the option 'drop & go'. I did and was given my appointment time as 930am but told by an agent on the phone to be st the shop at 8am. The garage technician took my car keys at 8am and didn't start the job until 2pm. I had a technician came to my office to fix a rock chip repair on my windshield yesterday. It was over 90 degrees and my car was in direct sun light with all the windows rolled up, so I know the inside of my car was likely in the 140 degree area. I met the technician at my vehicle. He noted that he did not need my keys and that he'd be done in 5 minutes. I came outside about 10 minutes later for lunch and my chip had become a 6 inch crack across my windshield.
