Excellent Service
Had a drop off appt at 8am left my car at 7:30 am to get to work. Got a ride to work and back to pick up my vehicle and it was still not even worked on yet!!! Mind you this was at 3pm. My vehicle was literally the last one to be worked on it’t 5:42 and I’ still here waiting for it. Would they have let me know they would work on it at the end of the day I would haven’t had someone take me to and from work.
Repairs appear to have been completed professionally. Cleanup was great.
Took my car in to replace windshield. Appointment was for 9am and guy checking me in wrote in big black letter WAITING so the tech would know I was waiting. 3 hours later I am still waiting only to find out they had completed the job and parked it outback but never bothered to come to the waiting room to tell me. The girl lied to me and claimed we just didn't hear t hem call our name. Tech claims he only tried to call me but I didn't answer the phone.
