I am writing to formally dispute the denial of my lifetime warranty claim following a faulty windshield installation at your McAllen, TX location (3620 N 23rd St). The windshield installed on my truck leaked water the causing some damage to my speaker system. To prevent further damage, I applied a small amount of regular glue to seal the leak temporarily.
