I accidentally broke my rear window doing yardwork. I was able to schedule a replacement online since it was the weekend. They have a key drop off to drop it off after hours. Though rear window was replaced the next day. It looks perfect. You never would’ve known that it was not the original.
My window had a crack that needed repaired so my insurance company scheduled me to get a new window. I dropped my vehicle off at 8 am just to get home and have them call me and tell me they ordered the wrong window. No big deal, humans make mistakes. But they were not willing to cover my Uber fees for their mistake. I asked them to cover the $15 that was wasted on transportation. Very quick turnaround! Broken windshield on Tuesday night. Scheduled Wednesday for Thursday morning. First of the day and he was done in an hour or less! Great job! Was a little spendy compared to a couple other quotes but the others had me at a week out!
