I literally had my windshield replaced today. After she replaced my windshield now there's a huge chunk of paint missing and paint Crack to the point once I drive it will blow off the rest! Husband called them and they stated that it was chipped before they started! Well if that was apparently the case than why wouldn't you tell the customer before you started because I know for a fact there wasn't let alone to make it look like this! Richard from Safelite was courteous, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Did an excellent job in replacing my windshield and recalibrating my vehicle.
It was my first time using Safelite Auto glass repair and I was very impressed with the level of service. I had a small chip in my windshield which they repaired in a very short period of time. They also came to me which was very convenient. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.
