Yes I received a replacement of my windshield and they did it but it had a chip in it after. I went online and set up a service check to fix the chip windshield and my car was missing pieces, like bottom of the windshield cap missing, they went n filled my fluids in my brake n radiator reserved tank over filled my radiator and caused my car to over heat and the receptionist was real rude I will never ever go to this safelite again n I will telk ppl not to go to this one if you do be home!!!! Matthew did such a wonderful job changing out our Mercedes Sprinter front window. He was very nice, let me watch and was very informative on what I had to do. They text they were on their way, highly recommend them.
They made it so easy. I barely had to do anything. Highly recommend!
