Can’t get a hold of anyone to talk to them on the phone no matter what option I choose they just automatically hang up on me. Their phone service is absolutely terrible. You cannot speak to a live agent. All it says is if you have a smart phone or a computer go onto that website goodbye and it hangs right up on you. I need to talk to somebody from the store and you can’t absolutely terrible terrible terrible terrible service through the stupid automated system. There is absolutely no way to talk to someone.
