Safelite went from being at the pinnacle of customer service (the best I ever worked with) a few years ago, to today, being one of the worst I have ever worked with. Here is how it went... I had difficulty reaching them. I was told to text or call a number. Texting took 3 days for an unhelpful response. Finally after a week or so, they texted me another phone number to call, but no one would answer that phone. So I kept trying for about 3 days until someone finally picked up. All I had to do was set the appointment time and date. They came to my location and made the repair, which made the experience less stressful. The technician was very professional, communicative and helpful. My car window is as good as new. Good customer service overall!
I was very pleased with my experience at SafeLite. Staff and technicians were very courteous and did and great job with my windshield!
The technician Felicia was prompt, professional, and friendly. Had the repair completed very quickly and was able to fix another small chip I didn’t know about.
