An elderly gentleman needed assistance with getting his rear windshield replaced after a minor incident yesterday. I spent two hours on the phone between his insurance company and SAFELITE AUTO in Carlisle taking care of everything for him. Claim was filed, appointment scheduled. Safelite confirmed an appointment for 8 am this morning, and he could pick up his vehicle this afternoon.
