Posting it late but wanted to make sure I report it for the benefit of others. On March 25 2023 I had got the service done to replace my windshield as it had a crack. The fitting was not good and it still shows the rubber edges not fully attached to the body. I was told it is because it is not OEM. Didn’t make sense but I was out of time hence didn’t want to get it redone. So first point please make sure everyone check the fitting to ensure it is looking proper. So far I have extreme bad experience. They put cheapest bad windshield for the price that original dealer quoted me. Be careful especially with teslas For those people who had bad luck with that guys their bar license # is 266874 to fill out the complaints Update: they wrote some replies that suggested to me to contact them over a chat. I already contacted the office. Very disappointed my 2021 Toyota Highlinder windshield replaced on July 17 and I can see a gap or the glue . For me it need a seal on top and some Plastic was loose . I was Expecting better Job😥
The Camarillo Safelite location and Jesus was super friendly and helpful. Explained my options and they checked my filters, which was unexpected. I thought they would just fix the windshield and move on. They checked my filters and fixed a rattling sound that I thought was just due to the age of my CRV. In my opinion Jesus went above and beyond. I would recommend this location to friends and family
