Great service. Excellent communication from beginning to end.
Stated they could be out within a day to replace my windshield. Tech showed up and said he needed another part. I get an email days later stating the cost is going up 125.00 and there can be even more costs. Customer service then stated that instead of having a conversation, I had to make a choice to either eat the cost or cancel. I canceled.
