I scheduled mobile service for windshield replacement and was called while waiting for the tech that morning, they said they'd have to reschedule because the tech tripped while loading it and broke the windshield. They apologized and stated they'd give a $75 credit for having to reschedule on short notice. The following week I was scheduled for service again, I waited for the tech all morning and at the end of the service window someone call and stated service would have to be rescheduled again as the tech called in sick. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Had windshield replaced in 1 day. Highly recommend!!
Took my car in today to have the windshield fixed. My windows looks exactly the same as before. 1st is when the rock hit 2nd is their "fix". Was also worrisome when the technician came out after 5 minutes to tell me there is a chance of it blowing the whole windshield but we will try and fix it. Normally you would just recommend to replace it right away instead of risking it.
