Booked an online appointment online 4 days prior to having my vehicle serviced. I had my spouse take off work so that someone could be home if they needed anything or the car moved to a better spot. The day of, they called and said the windshield didn't come in and we would to reschedule. So the spouse wasted a day off for nothing and the service representative called about the mishap and we rescheduled for 2 days after from 8am-12pm and I took the day off work so I could be there.
